Our Privacy Policy

Customer Information:  Information is collected at the user's discretion in order to join our mailing list.  Our mailing list is never sold or distributed to third parties except as part of the sell of the company itself. If the company is ever sold, the buyer becomes the owner of the original mailing list but must agree to a privacy policy at least as stringent as this one. Any resell of Kelley's Coins, its assets and intellectual property must carry this stipulation in perpetuity. Upon the resell of Kelley's Coins, the reseller loses all rights to the original mailing list. However, the original owner of Kelley's Coins shall always retain the rights to a copy of the original mailing list.

Information About Children:  We do not attempt to collect personal information from children.  If children do send personal information to us, the information is deleted.   Note that we cannot always determine that a user is a child.  We do not maintain databases about children.

Cookies:  We use 'session' cookies that expire in about 60 minutes. A user does not have to supply any personal information unless they decide to join our mailing list. 

Mailing Lists:  We do maintain subscription mailing lists.  Users are only added to our mailing list when they specifically request to be.

When a members asks to be added to our mailing list, we use a double opt-in process whereby a members is emailed a verification request when they ask to be added. This ensures no one is added against their will. All members have the ability to opt-out of our mailing list at any time through the same double opt-out process, ensuring no one is unsubscribed against their will.

Users are able to maintain and edit their own subscription data, including subscriptions to any and all Kelley Enterprises, Kelley Marketing Group or Team Kelley subscriber lists.

We do not send out unsolicited email, postal mail or make unsolicited phone calls. We do send out newsletters from time to time but members may opt-out of these. We respect your privacy and honor all removal requests!

User Registration:  We do not require user registration although users may do so if they desire. The restrictions on the dissemination of personal information are not subject to change.  The policy is updated occasionally but the changes will not reduce the privacy protection of visitors.
