Our Privacy Policy
Customer Information: Information is collected at the time of a sale in order to complete the sale and deliver the products. Our customer list is never sold or distributed to third parties except as part of the sell of the company itself. If the company is ever sold, the buyer becomes the owner of the original customer list but must agree to a privacy policy at least as stringent as this one. Any resell of Kelley's Coins, its assets and intellectual property must carry this stipulation in perpetuity. Upon the resell of Kelley's Coins, the reseller loses all rights to the original customer list. However, the original owner of Kelley's Coins shall always retain the rights to a copy of the original customer list.
Credit Card Transactions: Credit card transactions are processed by Card Services International, PayPal or some other 3rd party Merchant Service. Card Services International is a professional payment authorization service that was chosen for added security and reliability. Only the purchase price and the credit card information provided by the customer is supplied to Card Services International. Information collected during transactions is maintained in their database for accounting and billing purposes. Information from these transactions is not released to third parties under any circumstances.
Information About Children: We do not attempt to collect personal information from children. If children do send personal information to us, the information is deleted. Note that we cannot always determine that a user is a child. We do not maintain databases about children.
Cookies: We use 'session' cookies that expire in about 60 minutes. They are used so a user can shop and maintain a list of items ordered in their "shopping cart" and have a total due calculated. A user does not have to supply any personal information unless they decide to complete an order and pay via credit card. Orders can also be printed and paid by mail or fax without entering any information.
Mailing Lists: We do maintain subscription mailing lists. Other than when we initially loaded our mailing list database from our current customer list on 07/13/2007, users are never added based on requesting information, making a purchase, or forgetting to uncheck some box during ordering. Users are only added to our mailing list when they specifically request to be.
When a user asks to be added to our mailing list, we use a double opt-in process whereby a user is emailed a verification request when they ask to be added. This ensures no one is added against their will. All users have the ability to opt-out of our mailing list at any time through the same double opt-out process, ensuring no one is unsubscribed against their will.
Users are able to maintain and edit their own subscription data, including subscriptions to any and all Kelley Enterprises, Kelley Marketing Group or Team Kelley subscriber lists.
We do not send out unsolicited email, postal mail or make unsolicited phone calls. We do send out newsletters from time to time but customers may opt-out of these. We respect your privacy and honor all removal requests!
User Registration: We do not require user registration although users may do so if they desire. The restrictions on the dissemination of personal information are not subject to change. The policy is updated occasionally but the changes will not reduce the privacy protection of visitors.
